For custom soil mixes, we ask for a 5 working day notice to process the order. This allows time for the soil room staff to grind soil, obtain empty steam carts, prepare the soil mix, and steam the soil. Please plan ahead! The soil room processes over 300 soil orders a year. This means we likely have other orders to process just when you need your soil. With your help in providing adequate advance notice, we are normally able to meet your soil mixing deadlines. In some cases, especially for large multi-yard orders, we may ask for more time to prepare your order. In these cases, we'll work out a delivery schedule with you.
